Very interesting, there are some really useful tips in these articles, I am going to note them down and try to follow them.

I am now in the post holiday need a kick up the bum!! Last nigths session was great and loved the new things Sue has added, the visualisation, the kicking and the pull up's in between each activity.

Food diaries to follow, starting today.
