Hi and welcome back
Somebody asked me the other day “Why can’t I ‘Just Do It!’? I know I need to eat healthily, I know I need to exercise, I know what to do and how to do it but I just don’t seem to be able to apply myself!
Well the reason why it’s not that easy to ‘Just Do It!’ is because we hold onto limiting beliefs and unconscious negative behaviours about ‘Doing It’.
For example, you might think you will go out for a run but somehow it never happens. Perhaps you have a deep down belief that you are not a good runner, or perhaps one time you ran and felt sick, well these are the sort of sabotaging thoughts and memories that can stop you in your tracks!
To be able to ‘Just Do It!’ you need to explore and uncover your limiting beliefs and unconscious behaviours around the It and start to focus on the beliefs and behaviours that support you in being able to ‘Just Do It!
Here are some questions that may help you begin this process..
Do you have any fears about It?
Do you have any joys about It?
What is important about It?
Do you have any painful memories about It?
Do you have any happy memories about It?
Can you see yourself doing It?
What have you learnt about It?
What is your relationship with It?

Saturday:

Sat, Sun, and monday much of the same.
B-Nat yog with a tablespoon of oat bran, bluberries.
L-Trout fillet, with spinach, or Turkey beast with veg
D-Chicken breast with veg
S-fat free yog
As much water as I can, about 2 ltrs a day,have exercised everyday in one form or another.
Saturday fat scrap session
Sunday went to the gym with the kids and ran 3miles
Monday went for a run around Down Grange
I am applying the protein at every meal, which I was finding hard before,but since having a certain amount of time on the platform, I have been able to re look at things, stopped buying houmous and rice cakes, and limiting the fruit.
Also haven't had any wine since Friday! HAve a 60th birthday at the beginning of OCtober so my goal for the next 2 weeks is NO WINE, thats it oure and simple.

L - Open sandwich of Rye Bread, Tuna, Salad with beetroot & b/vinegar, sprinkle of seeds
D - Spag bol with W/F Pasta
E = F/S session
Ped - 8,969
All going OK. I now need to concentrate on exercise, things haven't gone smoothly lately which meant missing F/S sessions, need to ensure I have "me time".

Thurs:
B = Porridge, chopped dates, raisins, nuts & seeds
L = Open Sandwich – Tuna on Rye Bread with Salad, beetroot & b/vinegar
D = Tuna & baked potato
E = F/S session
Ped = 3876 (only ¾ day forgot to put it back on)
Enjoyed last night’s session got rid of my headache which is good news.
Can’t make Saturday and Tuesday is a maybe, but I will do some kettle bell and walking to make up for it.

Wednesday
B-NAt yog, ff muesli
L-trout on a bed of spinach leaves chopped with red onion and quark
D- large mushroom omlette
S-4 crab sticks and a large pot of FF nat yog.
Exercise- 45 minute run x country.
Feelings- happy, in control, postitive and loved Sue's text for thought of the day.
Thursday
B- nat yog FF muesli.
L-(already prepared, as time while typing this is 10.20am)
2 boiled eggs,spinach, shallots, quark with chopped slices of chicken.
Exercise- 18 minutes of kettle bell.
Feelings-happy, slightly worried about appointment tomorrow with Luca at the dentist, also trying to sort out a long run tomorrow and not sure when to go.
Do I go at 8.30 when possibly tired after tonights shift, and would need to be finished by 9.45 which is do-able. Or go after appointment which means dropping Luca back at school, coming home and getting changed and going about 12.30/1pm, would need to be done by 2.30. Non of the above is anything to change my mood.
Running for tomorrow all sorted, my running buddy is back from not feeling well, and text me to say she is up for a x country run, so decision made running at 8.30am.
Thursday

B-ff muesli, nat yog
50 minutes x country run.

Hello All,
I haven't uploaded my dairies for a week so I'll start again this week.
Have to say by the end of last week I was finding things hard, so stupidly consoled myself with a couple or more glasses of wine. Which I know defeats the purpose.. and considering on Thursday evening we had the NLP discussion... I've the breaking strain of a kitkat...
So next time I will take a step backwards or sideways, take a few deep breaths and then decide what my best plan of action should be instead of headfirst without thinking....
Anyway guys see you tomorrow evening...
