Value yourself highly by talking encouragingly and positively about yourself.
Treat

Exercise regularly in a way that you enjoy to help you feel positive about the way you are.
Accept
"Trust life and it will teach you, in joy and sorrow, all you need to know."-James Baldwin (1924-1987)
Accept the past and feel a sense of inner calm as you, learn from it.
Accept the present and feel strong as you learn from all that comes your way.
Accept the future and feel confident that you will arrive where you are meant to be when the time is right.
Loving, treating and accepting positively will help you feel grateful, setting yourself up for more Abundance and Happiness being attracted and coming into every area of your life! When the Universe sees that you are grateful for what you have, it will send you more.

Hello All!
It's been a while since I've been on the blog! It's nice to have met a few of you, or seen you as you whizz in for training with Sue. Keep up the good work, some of you will find it easier and some of you will find it harder - be nice to yourself - keep it up. If you succeed at first - great - don't stop! If you wobble and falter, learn from it. Look at a falter as a learning event, if it doesn't teach you something, your missing it's lesson. Be nice to yourself, wobble - get over it and get on with it. We beat ourselves up too much! It's your skin, no-one else lives in it - so make it your own.
I think we get so happy to look at our bad points, we actually forget to think of the good things about ourselves! When you feel pants, have a quick reminder of what's good about you - trust me, it's kept me from losing the plot sometimes!!!
Anyway, got to dash! Sue's going to work me hard at six tonight, so here goes. I have my abs on the side of my stomach, sadly the ones at the front of my stomach are quite well hidden and need some coaxing out!!
Keep it up!
Dusty xx
Oh bother, I lost the reply I sent to you earlier Claire but I think we discussed the main points when I saw you tonight.
It's so lovely to have you back here on the blog again bringing your humourous style and perspective. x x
From Kully
Tuesday
Breakfast porridge with rice milk
Lunch chicken in tomato sauce and grapes
Dinner omlette with mushrooms and tomato
Wednesday
Breakfast muesli (home made with hazel nuts and pumpkin seeds)
Lunch carrots and cucumber sticks with tofu
Dinner chicken curry and okra and salad and natural yogurt.
Kully, just noticing that you seem to be cutting back on the starchy carbohydrates which are an important food group for energy and nutrients. It's fine to cut back on these on low activity days but if you are exercising you need this food group to help fuel your muscles. x x
