Had a really enjoyable session with Sue yesterday, so thank you for that Sue!

Food diary for yesterday:-
Brekky - banana smoothie
Snack - slice of Sue's cake.
Lunch - jacket potato with ratatouille.
Dinner - Sue's duck curry, green beans
Pudding - fresh fruit.

Yeah! It worked! Good class last night and a really tough pilates class afterwards so my muscles ache a little today. I am trying to get back into good eating habits again, so will try to record my food diary here everyday. I have also decided to give up sugar and alcohol for Lent in an attempt to help, so fingers crossed!

Breakfast - fresh fruit
Lunch - Omlette and salad
Dinner - Jacket and salad
