New Year And New Ideas

A new year has arrived and here I am stepping on new ground..the world of blogging..and just like every time I try something new, I am optimistically excited whilst a little bit apprehensive. Is this the right way forward for me? Last year I conquered setting up a website (with the help of Nick, my fantastic website designer). I then, somewhat dauntingly, managed to join the Facebook community, which for some reason seemed to shock and slightly embarrass my teenage daughter. Now, with no knowledge or experience of blogging, apart from having watched the film "Julie and Julia", for which I can blame for the romantic notion I have that this is going to be easy, here I go.....

As a personal trainer I find most people come to me to help them lose weight. As you probably have found, this isn't always easy..and yet it should be. Isn't just a matter of eating less and moving more? In theory the answer to this is yes, but in practise...well I'm sure you know that it's not, but what we do know is that 'practise makes perfect' and that really sums up weight loss for me - to lose weight you just have to keep practising eating healthily and moving more until you become perfect at it!

So, here I am practising blogging....and practising, with the help of two lovely ladies, my new FAST FAT LOSS programme, which I will introduce to you now as FATSCRAP. (I am inspired to call it this after the launch of the government car scrappage scheme.... and yes, it can be read 2 ways!) And if you are interested in scrapping your fat, or hearing about other Fatscrappers, read on.....
