This is my new FAST FAT LOSS PROGRAMME that I am trialling with the help of two lovely ladies. The aim of the trial is to see if my volunteers can drop a dress size in 4 weeks using FAT-SCRAP© and we will be monitoring their progress here. As part of the programme, I have asked them to contribute daily blogs about their food and exercise choices and experiences, sharing their highs and lows (hopefully not too many lows!!) with us. I hope that you might like to add your comments, questions (which we will try to answer) and encouragement to the ladies, and perhaps feel inspired to make some changes to your lifestyle to become healthier and fitter.
FAT-SCRAP© is designed to give 100% guaranteed results but does require 100% commitment. There are sacrifices to be made with food choices – for the first two weeks; no dairy (except for natural yoghurt), no wheat, no sugar and no alcohol are to be consumed. A minimum of 3 meals a day must be eaten, with a minimum of three portions of vegetables and two portions of fruit included. There is hard work to be done with exercise – a minimum of 3 exercise sessions with me must be achieved and there is homework to be done in the form of writing up food and activity diaries, but if you want to make changes to your health and fitness, there has to be action.
