Good morning!

Big confessions to make today Sue....I'm so sorry - I had two large boxes of chocolates in the cupboard, got up at 5am today and ate just one of my favourites, then two....then before I knew it the whole lot was gone. Feeling a little sick from all the sweetness I then worked my way through a multipack of crisps and large bag of tortillas. I felt so guilty by then but thought...what the %$*! and I then ate a whole packet of chocolate digestives!!

Ha ha!!! April Fool!! Did I have you going? What, not even for a moment??

I can joke about it all now and all the above does sound excessive but a few months ago demolishing a packet of biscuits or a large bag of crisps would be pratically a daily event. That was my life, unhealthy, guilt ridden and lacking in nourishment in so many ways.

Now, I feel like a different person - or actually no, I am discovering the real me once more. And you know what, I'm quite liking her!! She's fitter, healthier, happier, more confident, full of hope for the future though most definitely living in the moment, and enjoying each and every day with all the challenges it brings.

So as a new month begins I'd like to welcome any new FatScrappers and congratulate you on joining me on the best healthy life plan out there. You have taken the first important step on your journey towards your goals and I wish you every success and luck along the way. Stick to it, work hard and enjoy discovering 'you' again!

And thank you to Sue for all your hard work and support in helping me get my life back again.

He,he, he, have to confess you did get me fooled there for a minute!! Hey, but we're no fools now - just wise to the fact that eating healthily and exercsing regularly is so easy when you know how!! x x

Apple you're so so funny!! You had me fooled too.....I was thinking oh Noooooo cant believe you did that, especially when you've been doing amazingly!!!!! Should of had more faith in you!!! My son just asked if I'd had any April Fool jokes this morning at work and said no, now I can say yes!!!!

Sue...I think it could be pay back time.....dont forget Apple you've got to go back in that Gym sometime soon!!! he he he!!! x

There was I thinking OMG!!! I can't beleive it. So yes Apple you had me going!!! My health and fitness are definately my priority. I just live waking up every day feeling guilt free! I don't come home at night and immediately think I have to eat- well only if I am ravenous of course.
I am looking forward to my second month of new lifestyle habits. If I am quiet for a week now, it is because I am unable to use the Internet in the depths of Cornwall.
Have a happy Easter everyone. I will look forward to hearing about your treats. I am going to have a manicure whilst I am away.
