To achieve health and fitness, you must focus your mind on being healthy and being fit. As you see yourself being the healthy and fit , you will become the healthy and fit person you want to be!
Look at your goal pictures regularly to remind yourself of who you want to be and start thinking, feeling, seeing, hearing, saying, tasting, smelling and doing some of those things that you know you will be doing when you have reached your goal. In other words start acting as if you have already achieved it!!

Yesterday: breks porridge, rasp, yoghurt, seeds;
lunch: potatoes, cold roast beef, ratatouille
dinner; left-overs from yesterday.
Snacks: Nakd bar, banana
Hello everyone. Oh here I am feeling horrid. So one dog walk this morning and that's it for me. Really missed my training session tonight and the camaraderie. I have taken the opportunity to get my book out and look at my goals. Again I have had a feeling to of being drawn to sweet food and notice how it is mixed in with comfort for me.
Anyway- I have not gone off my program except that I realise I have been eating wheat in spaghetti and no what till after 4 weeks- whoops!
Food diary

2 egg omelette made with spinach onion tomato bacon with rocket and beetroot salad

Hi Jayne, was going to mention the wheat in the spaghetti, you can always have wheat free instead. Also I noticed a couple of water biscuits the other day (I think that they were on your food diary)again, wheat based. This is another reason why we omit wheat from the food choices to begin with, just to make you appreciate how much wheat you are eating..it's in everything! And once you take away the wheat, you then have to think of other things, so introducing more variety into your choices.
We missed you at the training tonight. but I have to say, Mara and Maz worked very hard and upped the pace a bit, so make sure you get better for Thursday so you can keep up!!! Nice food choices again, and sounds like smaller portions to account for your inactivity, well done!!
Apple and Pear did brilliantly too today. They came to the morning session and as the weather was so nice we managed to get outside. They power walked hills, did step ups and press ups on the bench and even managed some short sprints..impressive eh!!!

Oh goodness I just typed in a huge blog, got distracted and lost the lot!!
So I'm going to just briefly say, thanks for a great session today Sue, lovely to be outside. Amazing what you can do with some open space and a bench and it was all such fun!
Pear, it was so good to see you, you are looking fabulous girl! Keep up all the hard work, it's paying off so much!
And sorry, it WAS me Sue who suggested we hide from you in the bushes! I do have a naughty side and I shouldn't have said it was Pear's idea, especially when she was being particularly well behaved today ;)! xx
