Will - the power to chose or decide; desire.
Willpower - the strength of will to chose or decide; desire
When people talk to me about their health and fitness goals one of the most common things I hear from them is "I haven't got any willpower" and this lack of willpower then becomes the reason for not achieving their goals. Do you believe that your willpower isn't very strong? If so, the question you might like to ask yourself is how strong is your desire to reach your health and fitness goals? Are you prepared to make the choice to do what it takes? Are you strong in your decision that you are worth the sacrifices and the hard work? Listen to your answers and hear if they are the answers that convince you that you will achieve your goal? If they do not convince you, then what needs to happen so that you are convinced?
Think of anything you have ever achieved in your life and how strong your desire was to achieve that goal. How easy was it to make the choices and decisions that led you to achieving that goal? Is your desire to achieve your health and fitness goals the same? If not what is dfferent? What needs to happen for your desire to be the same?
If you really, really, really want something, don't you usually do everything in your power to get it? Do you let nothing get in your way?
What might be getting in your way? Could it be you, I wonder?

I'm so excited..Fatscrap is growing! A new lady is starting in April but on a one to one basis and I am meeting someone else next week who is interested in joining!
Several people have told me how much they are enjoying reading the blog and they are really interested in how you are all doing..and some have taken the food advice onboard and are becoming more aware of their sugar, wheat and alcohol intake (breadless bread pudding recipe seems to be a real hit!)...so as well as helping yourselves, isn't it good to know you are helping each other and lots of other people out there to become healthier and fitter!
So, thank you all for helping me spread the word; keep up the good work and show yourself, and the world, you can be the healthy and fit person you really, really, really want to be!!! x
Hi all, sun not shining as much today, but then I've been stuck in an office until now, so lucky really!
Had a great session with Sue and apple yesterday outside, and yes our naughty behaviour started....well Apple's really, suggesting to hide from Sue when she was showing us how to sprint!!! I did laugh, it was so funny and Apple I do love that naughty side of you!!! You'll both be pleased to hear my legs are feeling much better today after my weekend's dancing! Mind you my legs were so tired yesterday when taking the dog for a walk in the afternoon I tripped over a tree stump and went flying....right in front of the builders!!! So embarrassing!! oh well lets hope I looked dainty whilst falling!! The friend I was walking with found it hilarious, so at least we could laugh about it!!
Well done Sue for your new clients....I'm very proud of you, and Apple has shown how successful this plan is, she has done brilliantly and looks fab! Well done both of you.
Hope Jayne you get better soon, and Mara will meet you finally on Thursday. x
