Hi and welcome back!
Last week I suggested you now might like to reintroduce some more dairy foods back into your choices. What did you notice when you chose to omit these foods from your choices. Have you reintroduced them this week? What have you noticed? What have you decided about your dairy food choices for the future?

Well good afternoon everyone!
Pleased to say I had a good weekend and the cold I thought I was harbouring didn't materialise into much other than some sniffles so, I'm back firing on all cylinders!
Am sad that I won't be able to make any of Sue's sessions this week but I will make time to do plenty of exercise regardless. In fact, without further ado I'm going to do a bit of yoga before I have lunch and then start work again for the afternoon!
I've been reading a fabulous book by Maya Fiennes called 'Yoga for Real Life' and I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in bringing a little balance and energy into their lives. Simple energising exercises to do and a great read to boost your mind into some positive thinking.
Good luck to all Fat Scrappers this week and to anyone new who is thinking of joining the programme....just go for it!! You have nothing to lose except weight and body fat and everything to gain in better health and fitness!
So frustrating to have flu whilst on my fat scrap. I have not been able to increase my exercise or take part in any sessions in the last week. Still feeling unwell, so hoping some energy returns for tomorrow!
Despite all this I have continued with positive choices and have made definate changes in my food.
Food choice
Muesli yog kiwi seeds
Carrot and parsnip soup oatcakes and cheese
ryvita banana
Piece of fish peas and sweetcorn
2 clementines
