FAT-SCRAP MARCH 2010 DAY TWENTY NINE

Hi and welcome back!

Today is the final day of FAT-SCRAP MARCH 2010! Can you believe that four weeks have passed already!! So, we are meeting for weights, measurements and body composition results as well as our last training session for this month. How exciting it is to look back and see how the changes we have made to our food and exercise choices have changed our minds and our bodies. A couple of days ago you looked back through your daily comments and might have already noticed some positive results by changes in your beliefs, expectations, attitude/mindest and  behaviours. Your weekly weigh-ins have also shown some changes and positive results . Today, we will have more results to go by to measure the success of your changes. I wonder which of your changes is your biggest result?

Tommorows blog will be called FAT-SCRAP MARCH 2010 RESULTS!!. and you will be able to share your results with everyone there. I will include your before and after photos there too!!

Well last training session of my first fatscrap today. I have not acheived what I would have liked fitness wise as I have been ill with flu for 2 weeks of my time so that has been frustrating. Still lots of change for me. I will record my results tomorrow- they are interesting and I am pleased.
Went for a really nice dog walk with Sue after training. Thanks for that Sue. Then I have gardened for 3 hrs this afternoon so a very active day. I am ready to sit down now.
Well done Mara, great that we have completed month one!!! Loved working with you. Keep up your positive changes. Thanks Apple and Pear for very supportive words on the blog and thans Pear for encouragement at Thurs session.
So week off now, except I am going to do one session with sue as I have missed some.

muesli kiwi yog seeds and nuts
2 oatcakes hummus
2 poached eggs mushrooms toast some chorizo sausage
chilli salmon new pots ( I found when digging my little veg patch) watercress cue beetroot
rice pud with raisins made with coconut milk with blueberries
