Hi well finally managed to understand the world of blog!! Actually do I??? But I'm here. It was great to meet Jayne yesterday and wish her lots of success and enjoyment with the plan. I will talk later as in the middle of cooking a sunday lunch for friends.

Hi Apple and Sue, yes I loved your analogy and apple's reminder that I have that in me already.

I had a great day today. After hearing that my daughter was safely at her destination in Australia and all is ok, a friend and I went down to the New Forest for a 2 hr blissful detox wrap and facial. A great way to spend Sunday morning! We then went for a 2.5 hr fast walk with my doggies along the beach. Extra effort involved Sue as we walked in the deeper sand. Then home for a bath and dinner. I feel great and very relaxed.

Food choices today were porridge with yogurt, seeds and pear. 2 oatcakes and a banana. Spicy parsnip and orange soup, followed by Cajun chiken with a bean and tomato salsa and salad ( thanks to my friend for cooking with my plan in mind) and a piece of breadless pud with yogurt.

I noticed this morning that my mind was in a different place- much more optimism when I awoke. I realise this is coming from a positive position exercising my personal power of choice.

Hi ladies

Well considering the miserable weather yesterday, from what I have heard from you all, you all had wonderful days..and I did too! I know that Pear was busy cooking for friends a lot of the day and I know that she will have served lots of delicious veggies with her meal and had fun doing what she loves...spending time with her family and friends! Apple sent me a text to say that she was at the gym and had done her second session of body pump this weekend, and some of her much loved yoga and was having some quality family time, and Jayne..well instead of staying at home feeling miserable and missing her daughter, took responsibility of her happiness and gave herself some well deserved pampering, exercise, fresh air, deliciously healthy food, and some time with a special, supportive friend. Isn't it wonderful when you can look at the positives of the day, be grateful for even the littlest things and take control of your happiness. x x
