Breakfast - Muesili & rice milk. I have to say the rice milk is fine in muesili, but it doesn't enhance the flavour of my cup of tea, so I am a bit put off of having normal tea. I have some peppermint tea, which is making a nice change instead. Snacks: 5 brazil nuts. Had lunch too late and it threw me off balance, had to snack on 3 peanut butter topped oatcakes + 1 plain oatcake. We had chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, with olive oil roasted butternut squash, plum tomatoes, carrots and baby potatoes. In the evening we resorted to 200g of plain popcorn and I also had a small bag of unsalted pistachio nuts. During the day we did a 1.7 mile walk, which was great to get out in the fresh air.

Great choices Dusty! To make them even better include a portion of vegetables at lunch and perhaps a fruit with your snack.

Where you actually hungry in the evening when you chose the popcorn and nuts or were you eating out of habit, boredom, tiredness, treat etc?

If you like popcorn it's worth investing in a popcorn maker and making your own. It's delicious when freshly popped and warm and needs no extra flavouring so all you are eating is natural. If anyone wants to try some let me know and I'll make some at your next session.

Greeat to hear you got out for a walk, it was a lovely day for one!
