Hi and welcome back!
When I was on holiday I took the opportunity to try different foods than I would usually go for and loved the walnut and orange salad which was walnuts and oranges on a bed of salad leaves. I am going to make this myself but think that the addition of some avocado and a walnut oil and orange juice dressing would compliment it.
Now the weather has warmed up you might be thinking of making more salads. Perhaps you could share your ideas or favourites here today.

Hello Everyone .......welcome back Sue. Just wanted to thank you and of course Apple for the most amazing reflexology session yesterday morning......it was fantastic! I was relieved to find that i only had a stiff neck and wobbly knee, which i know about! I believe my cold and cough has gone into my annual hayfever now and it is getting me down, so i guess i will be on the antihystermines asap.
Looking forward to getting back to exercise and food management very soon. Hope you are all and doing well xxx
Good to hear from you Mara, and that you enjyed your reflexology, Apple is such a great therapist isn't she!
I hope you are refocusing again now and managing healhtier food choices again. It is difficult when you are feeling poorly to make the effort to even eat but it is so important to get in some good nutrients and help strengthen your immune system and get you feeling better and stronger again.
I know your plan is to join your gym at work now and see if you can make the regular commitment to exercise that you have been making with Fat-scrap so have a think about what you have enjoyed and what has helped motivate you to commit and then apply those things to your gym sessions. You might find you have to schedule them in your diary as you did with your fat-scrap sessions to make sure you commit.
Please keep in touch with us all and let us know how you are doing. x x
