Hello Everyone how are you all? So sorry i have been so remiss at not writing on our blog for so long. I am STILL sniffling and coughing - can you believe it? I did have my measurements etc completed just before Sue flew off but whether due to my being unwell, they hadn't changed much and water content was poor, so I will have them done again at the end of the month to see what is happening. I have loved reading your blogs. All of you are doing amazingly well and exploring your own routes. I am going to join the gym at work again and am going to try and get back on track with my eating. I have definitely stepped off a few stations! Dusty - you have done brilliantly - and hope to meet you again for a session or so at Sue's later in the month. Good luck for branching out on your own. Jayne - get in touch - and ill be over for a session at your gym if i may. Can't wait to stop coughing!!!! and get back to 'normal'. I was wondering what i can offer you all as have no particular talent. I have had a thought. How about a day at Ascot for 4? It it appeals to you, please let me know!
