Hi Ladies
no comments this week..... Where are we all?
So today is election day, a day going to make a change for our country and what is going to happen. I remember at the beginning of my fatscrap journey all the vigour and enthusiasm I had which along the way has gone off track at times. I hear the politicians excuses why things have not happen and think about what reasons I find not to do what I really want to happen. So today I am going to focus back on my personal manifesto for health and fitness, just one day at a time. What can I eat now that is healthy and good to fuel me, what exercise or activity can I do? When I step off at a station, I will be kind to myself and know I am human and learn what I need to live my life- after all it's the only one I have!!
Off to vote now, for the party committed to the health of the nation- is there one??? Let's elect Sue!!! Happy Thursday
